		<description>Thanks for the reply, but there seems to be no way to contact the support team. Nothing on GPsed.com and when I go to Shape, there is no mention of GPsed in the support pages.  I asked for support from Handango but got no resolution, just a note that my case was closed.</description>

		<description>When I install GPSed 2.0 on my Blackberry Storm, my keyboard appears and I am inable to turn it off.  Also when I turn the Storm sideways, the screen does not change as shown in your promo photos.  Also the interface is very hard to use, it seems like I have a version for Blackberry OS 4.6 or less, yet I have tried many different times to download bot OTA and using BB Manager.  I am choosing the Storm version.</description>
